Your Child is responding to you and your thoughts, beliefs and behavior from the moment of conception. Your child is in tune to every thing going on in your life – your relationships, your feelings and your views. She/he actually has a direct line to how you are experiencing life right now and most of the time the prospective parents are completely unaware. You will find that your child will behave – interact and react with you based on the learning’s he or she is experiencing starting from the womb and continuing into early childhood. Those experiences whether conscious or subconscious affect their life and their ability to become successful throughout their life’s journey.

Whether you want a baby- are creating a baby or enjoying a new baby, you are continually building upon all the past and present events that you have had or are currently experiencing and each event or recorded history of your life which comprises of your beliefs, thoughts, perceptions and nuances are actually being observed and felt by the unborn baby. Some of the feelings that will most definitely surface and be transmitted to your unborn are being excited, nervous, anxious, happy, fearful, angry and even disappointed.

This site is not about telling you what formula to use or whether or not you breast feed, it is actually about showing you how to clean out your own emotional house so you can feed and communicate positive words, thoughts, and positive behaviors to your unborn baby because your unborn feels, hears and senses everything that you do. It is as simple as that! Your beliefs and philosophy of life are being transmuted to the child through osmosis; that is, through a subtle but gradual absorption of feelings and emotions that you are sending out both internally and externally. Therefore, I am suggesting that your journey into parenthood should be a mindful journey. One in which the highs and lows can be minimized because you are alert and focused on the task at hand—this approach will help reduce the stress, anxiety and feelings of inadequacy because you have been unsure of how to cope with challenging moments in life.

In my years of working with thousands of mothers- fathers- expected parents and hopeful parents I have come to see how the various patterns of different individual’s belief systems have actually sabotaged their lives. When you allow your heart and soul to communicate in a healthy manner, you are better prepared to play full out and to create your specific desired outcome.
